 Note-Taking Exercise using the Cornell Method


This is effective method when you are taking notes. The Cornell Note-Taking System has an excellent format for setting up your note page. You may use an 8.5-by-11 inch notebook. It has a recall or cue column and a summary column at the end.


> You can use bullets or anything that works with you when you jot down notes at          notes column.

> Questions, main points or other clues that jog your memory can be written at Keywords and Comments column

> Most important ideas and main ideas can be written at Summary column so it will be easy for you to reviewing it after class
